When we say that our mouthpieces and accessories are player-inspired, it means that we’re listening to what people like when they're in the rehearsal room, on stage or playing informally outside. We listen to the stories, and we take that into advisement as we design and engineer the best products for your music-making kit.

Here's another aspect of dealing with domestic companies that provides an incentive for customers. When you have a question or need to figure out a return or some other kind of similar business, you have real live people to talk to.

It's abundantly frustrating to have to try to connect with an international supplier. Time zones, language barriers, differences in telecom networks and more will really throw up some serious obstacles in getting situations resolved. That's why we don't outsource anything, because we know how difficult those situations can be. We've experienced it ourselves, and we wouldn't wish it on our customers at all.
